Love the clothes and the entire experience ok will now edit my review as I bought 2 dresses for family members and city chic will not take them back as I have no receipt. They are brand new with tags on. Accc says you must take them back. Bad call for someone who has worked in retail for 13 years. Bad form city chic.

I needed a cocktail dress and a huge amount of emotional support while doing it. Hayley was absolute gold. More than I could have hope for. An exemplary experience from a sensational person. I can't thank you enough, Hayley. You made my day :-)

I went to City Chic in the hope of finding new bras, a job I had been avoiding as I truly dislike bra shopping. The manager was such a delight and extremely helpful and respectful. I ended up walking out with 5 bras. I'm over the moon with the quality, fit, look, cost and most of all the service. Thank you!

There was an absolutely wonderful girl, who went out of her way today to give me a really beautiful dress for a wedding. She put me at ease made me feel very comfortable and i would 100% recommend this store. I will definately be going back. Thank you so much.

My apologies for not posting this sooner...l was in store a little while ago and in a panick about finding an outfit for an event. The two beautiful, kind and accommodating ladies: Tracey and Bec, couldn't do enough for me. They were respectful and professional at all times. They shared endless ideas and possibilities with me and their attention, kindness and efforts should not go unnoticed. Thank you ladies, you are indeed an asset to the company...🤗🩷🩵

I was looking for a wedding guest dress and the 2 beautiful ladies there helped me find the one. I had such a lovely experience bc they were so nice and helpful (I ended up buying another dress ). Thank you so much, will definitely shop there again

This is a well deserved, but very late comment… Ebony is an asset to the team, she is so lovely, helpful and accommodating. My mum and I always look for her before going into store! Nothing is too hard or too much for her and she goes above and beyond to help us. Ebony has created customers for life.

I had such a great experience shopping here! I was looking for business pants for the first time for a new job and wasn’t quite sure where to start. Sage was absolutely amazing—so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, and even helped me track down a strapless bra that fit perfectly. Her customer service was exceptional and made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Sage!

Had a lovely young lady called “Hope”, assist me for about 30 minutes, helping me find a pair of jeans that I liked, and gave me some great fashion advice regarding my purchases. So appreciative for Bea at the Erina store. She went above and beyond for me and I haven’t experienced such amazing customer service like that in a long time.
